Welcome to the renewed website of the OFA National Employment Public Nonprofit Limited Liability Company.
The most important goal of our company is to help the participants of the labor market with effective, up-to-date support programs that respond to the challenges of employment policy.
We place great emphasis on domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, either by supporting the hiring of new employees or by financing investments and technological developments aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity. We pay particular attention to tenders enabling the start-up of new businesses, as well as targeted constructions that remedy problems on the demand or supply side of the labor market in a specific area.
For the sake of our country's competitiveness, the aim of all our programs is to offer innovative, easily accessible, customer-friendly opportunities, treating our applicants as partners. In most cases, the received grants are supplemented by training and mentoring services, we are convinced that this approach best ensures the utilization and long-term maintenance of the resources used.
The strength of our company is cooperation and a supportive customer-centric attitude, in our Budapest office, as well as in our six regional offices, where we can establish direct contact with all our customers, we are constantly and locally available. In the implementation of programs and projects at the county and regional level, the promotion and development of local employment and social enterprises/social economy type initiatives is also our main goal. We adapt our entire range of services to the current changes in the labor market, one good example of this is our dynamically growing Responsible Employer partner network.
On our renewed website, you can find out about our programs that are open as well as those that are being implemented, and among our applications that are renewed from time to time, I am confident that you will find one that you can benefit from, either as an employee or as an employer. My goal in the future is for OFA Nonprofit Kft. to be able to flexibly, quickly and efficiently launch programs that support the planned growth goals, as well as respond to unforeseen situations that require immediate intervention. In the field of employment policy, I consider it my priority to provide our partners with the highest quality, competitive, quality service.
