The most important goal of our company is to help the participants of the labor market with effective, up-to-date support programs that respond to the challenges of employment policy.
We place great emphasis on domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, either by supporting the hiring of new employees or by financing investments and technological developments aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity. We pay particular attention to tenders enabling the start-up of new businesses, as well as targeted constructions that remedy problems on the demand or supply side of the labor market in a specific area.
The purpose of the Company is to promote employment, support innovative forms of employment, and implement programs and projects that provide effective solutions and provide meaningful assistance to both employers and employees.
OFA Nonprofit Kft. considers it an important vocation to always respond quickly and efficiently to given labor market challenges; accordingly, through the implementation of European Union projects and domestic labor market programs, provide solutions to these current situations with service provision, support and development tools; as a result, with professional help, programs should be implemented that enable the expansion of employment, the reduction of labor shortages, labor market integration, job creation or even job preservation, support for innovative forms of employment, social responsibility and other priority objectives from the point of view of employment policy.
In the past decade, the Company has gained a lot of experience in the implementation of independent, complex, complex and multifaceted labor market programs funded by the EU as well as domestically.
The Company operates branches in all regions - with locations in Pécs, Szeged, Miskolc, Debrecen, Székesfehérvár and Szombathely. The branches of the regional network operating with national coverage achieve outstanding results in the implementation of projects and programs implemented by the Company at the county and regional level, as well as in the promotion and development of local employment and social enterprises/social economy type initiatives.
